Welcome to the first course in our Fundamentals of Sales series. This course focuses on the attributes of a successful salesperson and how to use them in action. We defined these attributes based on evidence, but they may have their own meaning to different individuals. Our lead instructor, Brett Dillon, provides a context for these attributes through witty anecdotes and personal experience. As a salesperson, it’s not enough to know how to sell what your company has to offer. It’s a process of continual growth and improvement.
